Under the current status and amid rumours, if they owed me stock I'd be getting a Paypal claim in asap.
Even if they ate sorting it out they're going to be up against it now they're being talked about so much.
We've just tried to open a INR case for one of our orders & getting this from eBay:
"We're sorry, there's an issue with this purchase. Unfortunately, PayPal reports that we can't open a case for this item. You can try to sort out this problem by contacting the seller."0 -
That's bad, considering the seller has gone awol.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0

Lots of unhappy buyers then, could the cost of refunds be in the millions?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Just a general comment in reply to the other forum on how a company with so many million sales can be in trouble; if you are having to rob Peter to pay Paul, you've got cash flow problems. Any company in this position that faces an unexpected fine or other large payment could face this situation. Even though its expected, the raise in minimum wage is going to impact a lot of online firms (not just eBay), and I've seen before companies stuck in the race to the bottom unwilling to put prices up. (to their downfall or detriment)Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Bought on 26 /2015 still waiting 8/10/2015 now told gone away till end of month
3 weeks of false promises and item sent twice supposedly, still no sign!! Avoid!
Item still hasn't arrived. Seller is away so I cannot contact them. What a pain"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Too much turnover and not enough profits are the problem."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Quite a price difference between Babz and Priorydirect! I've looked at the latter a few times but not used as found better for me elsewhere.
Usually get my board backed envelopes from Soundswholesale, and all board envelopes and PIP boxes (which save a fortune by making sure most stuff goes as large letter) from Artefekz / Defendapak.0 -

The kiss of death seems to be an appearance in a newspaper or a feature from Ebay saying how well one of the businesses on there are doing..0 -
