I notice the PCs sold by Tescos (gateway, Fujitsu/Siemens etc.) have been doing really well in group tests in magazines.Or Tescos!
BS, Dells are OK but we had a significant failure rate across a sample of (almost) 500 ... kept 'popping' the capacitors on the motherboards

The problem is today is that these stores don't give two hoots about customers. What is 'customer service' these days?
