I contacted the above Company to fight my claim for compensation from Easyjet last year. We were delayed for over 12 hours - there were 15 of us. I saw Martyn's write up ab out being able to claim compensation so decided to go ahead. In August this year, I was emailed by the solicitor who acts for EUDELAY to say compensation had been paid to EUDelay and I should receive my payment (after they deduct 25%) shortly. So far I have received nothing. I have emailed EUDELAY several times with no reply forthcoming. Has anyone else had dealings with this Company? I have googled them and there are some comments that say this is a scam. Can anyone shed any light please?

Ring them to and normally with any claims Company for PPI and this type of thing the money is issued directly to the individual and then you make a payment to the claims Company for the required fee.0 -

Are you saying then that Easyjet would have sent the payment to EUDELAY in my name and they then send it to me and I then send back 25%?0

Not how clearlawonline dealt with my claim, they got the money and paid me after they took their fee0 -
Anyone having any joy with this bunch? I don't think I've had a claim paid out by the airline, but I'm getting very delayed responses. As mentioned above, there seem to be lots of online complaints including recent bounced payments (last few days), they've deleted their feefo feedback account (but left the dead link on their main page), twitter/facebook vanished. Claims manager has deleted his linkedin profile within the last few days. Profiles of the management have been removed from the "about us" page, etc..?
One of the directors left in August, and it seems that last November (according to the accounts filed with companies house) they were running at around £35k in debt?
Grateful to hear if anyone knows anything concrete so I can decide how I want to proceed with my claim.0 -
