Peugeot RCZ engine died - any consumer rights?

What engine is in it? The service schedule i seen for the 2.0 HDi engine suggests every 20k miles or 1 year (whatever comes first)All your base are belong to us.0

Sorry for the late reply, it's a 1.6 litre THP - I read the 2 years or 20,000 miles from here http://www.servicing.peugeot.co.uk/peugeot-service-intervals/ then by clicking RCZ and it's the 3rd row down (mines being a 2011).
Just a little update, the local garage has looked at it and done a smoke test - they believe it to be a piston issue but won't know exactly what unil they open it up. Before I commit any more money to this I've written to Peugeot and to the Peugeot Dealer I bought it off to see if there is anything they would do.0
