No news is good news though

Last two Nationwide cases;-
A
Decision in principle - accept 25/09
Application submitted and documents uploaded - 08/10
Valuation done - 09/10
Offer issued - 12/10.
B
Decision in principle - refer 20/09 (Nationwide/Experian address issues, nothing to do with applicant)
Documents uploaded - 20/09
"Detritus" - 20/09 to 07/10 various half-assed questions, re-requests, problems with "Apartment" missing off ID/POA and Regional Manager intervention.
Subjective accept - 07/10
Application submitted - 07/10
Valuation done - 12/10
Valuation received - 12/10.
If you live in a flat with a flat number, building name and building number, you can fall victim to Nationwide and its "Experian address targeting issues" which is all about addresses being recorded incorrectly. See the Royal Mail PAF output you can find here;-

If you think you may want a mortgage, always start off by ensuring you are registered at the address as the Royal Mail has it, not what you fancy. Your electoral roll entry should also match this.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks Kingstreet so why is mine so slow! I know you can't answer that! If it's a decline do they take longer/act quicker or is there no correlation between time taken for underwriters to review and decision?
Our documentation was all uploaded on the 19/9...for the referred dip. Maybe we will hear over the next few days x0 -
Ours is ridiculously slow in comparison to that lol. Over 2 weeks since valuation and almost 3 weeks since application0

Nope still waiting 0

i think every case is different.... i finally got my offer yesterday from Nationwide.... got a DIP at the end of August and did the full application early september. With a case being cancelled because of an admin error, delay in getting a valuation booked and head office not talking to the new business team it slowed the whole process down! i can feel your pain in waiting but you will all get there!!0

Hope so as all still silent here!0

Likewise fairy, nothing going on here I'm afraid0
