Who makes Magnet and John Lewis kitchens?

John Lewis Kitchens are made by Wentworth..I recently saw a new kitchen in John Lewis that i loved, my friend told me that all jl kitchens are manufacturerd by wentworth..I called up wentworth and the sales lady gave me a telephone number of my local supplier of wentworth. I had made an appt and found EXACTLY the same kitchen i saw in JL for 60% cheaper!!! So please do you research before wasting your money

With regard to your actual post though, you are correct, John Lewis' own brand kitchens are made for them by Mereway, but they are a slightly different specification to the standard Mereway range.

Also Magnet are not a German brand. You may be slightly confused as the parent company for Magnet is Nobia who are German but Magnet manufacture in this country.

Nobia also owns Poggenpohl and Gower (the kitchen manufacturer that Wickes and Benchmarx use).

Visions of Earth in Congleton also stock Mereway and are up to 60% cheaper than John Lewis as i recently just bought from them..i saved a few thousand
