Other booking sites will let you order split tickets without any extra charge for doing so. Using them rather than the site you champion will get us a saving over what your pet site will charge.
Hang on a minute, you are talking about adding a combination of tickets for one journey 'manually' one by one, as if they were individual journeys. Are you saying doing this will incur an extra charge on the Trainsplit website?

If that is what you are saying, you are mistaken. The Trainsplit website will not charge any fees on a like-for-like comparison adding each ticket manually.

You accused me of lying when denying that your website says that they work out cheaper than buying anywhere else. You have now even posted the quote that says it!!
I think you have me mistaken for someone else! The full quote is there for all to see.

And of course you can buy split tickets elsewhere! When you do so they will be cheaper than getting them off your pet site!

(This website is aimed at saving money.)
People can save money by splitting. Not always, but sometimes. It is not always easy to identify a cheap combination. My so- called "pet" (!) website will often save people money because it will do all the work for you, which not everyone is able to do themselves, and if it does identify a "split" it will automate the process and give the customer 90% of the saving, and retain 10% to cover the fees charged by the rail industry and to cover running costs.

People can book each ticket manually by adding each one as if it were a separate journey. This will not incur any fees, whether it is on Trainsplit or any other website.

The fees charged by Trainsplit do not apply when a split ticket saving is not identified.

The fees only apply when a saving is identified, and they are 10% of those savings, with 90% of the savings being passed onto the customer, and the process is then automated with one itinerary being provided and all tickets are added to the basket.
