CCJ off Legal Parking Enforcers (UK) LTD

Has any body heard of or dealt this company and can any one offer any kind of information regarding County Court Judgements off them? Or any info about who they are, are they a government agency or are they just an independent limited company?

What do you mean they are not handing out CCJs for a start? I definitely have one off them.

You can only get a CCJ by defaulting on a court judgement. If you haven't had court papers, been to court (or ignored court papers), lost, and not paid, you can't get a CCJ.

I can not remember getting parking tickets on my car and the company that has gave me the CCJ has dissolved, seems quite dodgy to me why would a legitimate parking fines company dissolve?
They gave me the CCJ in 2012 for tickets I was supposed to have received in 2010. I did not know I had the CCJ until I checked my credit file years later. I have already filed to have it set aside because of my circumstances at the time, but I still want to know more so I am more prepared to argue my case when my case goes to a hearing.
I have had parking tickets before and paid them right away, I had to contact Liverpool City Council, to pay them though.

When did you move house in relation to the alleged ticket?
How soon after you moved did you update DVLA about the car (not just your driving license)?

    You've answered your own question.

To clarify you've received a ccj from Liverpool City Council. You've applied to have it set aside and you want get the info to argue your case. What have Legal Parking Enforcers uk got to do with this? If its the Council youre dealing with then Pepipoo will offer better advice on Council related tickets.

Liverpool City Council or Liverpool County Court? I suspect the latter.

LPE were a shower of a PPC based in Liverpool (or was it Wallasey) that flowered briefly, threw their weight around like a loud-mouthed, eight-stone weakling in a gorilla outfit and then, thankfully, disappeared back under a stone. Dissolved in April 2014.

Provided you can convince the court that the reasons you were unaware of LPE's issuing proceedings were genuine (i.e. not your own fault) then the CCJ should be overturned and stay that way. LPE are dead and gone.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

The company were dissolved almost a year ago. See Companies House. (Status: Dissolved 12/08/2014 )

You could apply to the courts for a set-aside in the knowledge that it will not be disputed- but it will cost you £155 that you can't get back.

Do you have a company number?

Sorry the way I wrote that post made it look like I had got a CCJ off Liverpool City Council I have edited my post now to. What I meant was I have a ccj off Legal Parking Enforces. But I had, had parking tickets before which I have paid right away but I had to pay Liverpool City Council, which is a legitimate government agency.
    The LPEUK obviously are not
