IAS Appeal Dismissed

IAS Appeal Decision - Appeal Status: Dismissed
I was caught out twice by VCS at 2 different sites, one in Liverpool (Int'l Business Park) and one in Wakefield. I appealed to VCs and then IAS. Both appeals have been dismissed. Does anybody know what the next step is?
Any advice would be appreciated.

expect many many letters from debt collectors , only worry if VCS "actually" place court papers , they have 6 yrs to do this , so cover your *ss if you move house
At Liverpool Business park Wright Hassall are writing letters stating that VCS have confirmed the charge is for breach of contract. If VCS said otherwise in their evidence pack, or the assessor ruled the charge was contractual, then this would be a good starter for 10 to show fraudulent intent.
Not sure if there is any entrance signage at Liverpool Business park - google streetview wont go there. However if the charge is for stopping then the normal signs there are far too small to read when driving, so no competent legal person would rule a contract was in place.
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.
Give it a rest - it's an even split.
I'll ask though, how many IAS appeals have you dealt with ?
Hello? Shhhhhhh!
But ..... (from another thread)

Signs are as they are for JLA!
It may even at present, but the more I campaign, the more likely I am to gain support. I have dealt with no appeals, IAS or BPA.
Having spent most of my career getting Brits out of scrapes all over the world, I am happy to leave that aspect to others, I come here to try to boost the morale of the would be waverers, and to make life as difficult as I can for PPCs. I believe that encouraging people to appeal IPC tickets greatly furthers that aim.
