my husband is having a similar problem with minster and reel, he has gone to popla who upheld the fine despite minster accepting in writing that my husband was a customer at the cinema (the clerk had taken down his reg number as the cinema was busy and not entered it into the system). Minster has now upped the charge and is sending threatening letters, however, the advise from our solicitor is to call their bluff and tell them to initiate court action. We wait and see what the response will be.0

worth noting as well on minster baywatch website that they offer to pay the owner of the car park £20.00 for every ticket issued !0

Hello all,
Minster Baywatch Reel Cinema.
I'm having threatening Dept Recovery letters from a ticket in May.
Having attended the cinema but didn't put in my reg.
Although i sent my tickets and bank statements they are having none of it.
I think all of us who are having issues with Minster and Reel should meet up.
Ive tried contacting people but to no avail.
Regards

As suggested earlier, fakebook, tw@tter, trapadvisor, local press, and their own website (if they have one) are places where you can "virtually" meet others in a similar situation.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You open the NEWBIES thread and just scroll down until you get to post 4. If necessary, click on the page numbers at the top or bottom of each section until you get to the bit you want. It really is that simple.
That's the ignore stage.
Court threatening letters and letters from a court are completely different things.
If you haven't already done so, you should also start your own thread.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

The latest is that the second letter from DRP aka Debt Recovery Plus Ltd has been received. The first alludes to a "landmark court decision" which is where a private car parking operator was successful in court. The link they provided to the supreme court website doesn't work. Possibly because they misspelt supreme? If anyone is interested, the Judgement was made on 4th November 2015 and the case was between ParkingEye Limited (Respondent) v Beavis (Appellant).
The second letter offers me a link to see a selection of Court Judgements that have been obtained. They have also given me another date which to pay by. I will be filing both letters.0 -
We really don't need updates about these letters and of course we know all there is to know about the Beavis case already (much more than DRP think they know). Please search the forum for 'landmark Debt Recovery Plus'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
