Can you trace the seller via google or BT enquiries.

then contact the sender, tell them what's happened and ask them to help sort it out.

And next time, check that things being delivered are for you - even if you are in a rush (more haste, less speed).

I did as instructed by Myhermes , I left the parcel in the only "safe place" available , in my garden , stood against the front wall of the house , that was on Monday , just to update: 6 days later the parcel is still there.
