I prefer it. There's a few errors to iron out, but overall a step in the right direction. Their mobile app is also one of the best, they just need to add touch ID.
And support for the iPhone 6 Plus/6s Plus as it's not in native resolution. Both Barclaycard and NatWest have recently updated their apps and it's much, much better.It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. If you spot bugs or areas for improvement then tell them, they'll (hopefully) appreciate the feedback. They probably won't roll back to the old system, companies don't tend to do that.
I use Lloyds internet banking, don't have a big issue with the change.0
