Lloyds Online Banking

Lloyds have recently changed their Online Banking layout, so I thought i'd try it. The first place I went was Direct Debits. I found my first error. Typically, i'd sort by the 'Last Paid' column to get a chronological order of payment and see what's coming next.
Since, the change, Lloyds have included the day of the week as the first item in the date stamp, so now a sort by date is a complete nonsense.
We now get dates sorted as Fri, Mon, Sat, Sun, Thu, Tue, Wed instead of by the numerical date of the month!

Their accounts page also freezes every time it is accessed.Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard.
Obesity is hard. Being fit is hard. Choose your hard.
Being in debt is hard. Being financially disciplined is hard. Choose your hard.
Communication is hard. Not communicating is hard. Choose your hard.
Life will never be easy. It will always be hard. But you can choose your hard.0 -

The problem with the day of the week being included in the date stamp is removed, so sorting is better, but it still only sorts by the numerical day. eg.
09 Oct 15
10 Sep 15
11 Sep 15
12 Oct 15
It still isn't possible to sort properly, chronologically by date.0 -
Incidentally, I preferred the original layout, there are more clicks to access my direct debits and standing orders now and seems a bit clunky. Luckily my Halifax account hasn't switched to the new design yet but it's too late for Lloyds.0

Mine has and has the same layout as Lloyds - only the blue colour is different.0 -

Yes, I'm the same, so I'm using Halifax online banking to manage my BOS account. However I fear it is only a matter of time before the Halifax website is downgraded to match Lloyds and BOS.0 -
We need to make a formal complaint, write to them, lot's of us need to write to them, saying we aren't happy with this.0

My Lloyds one has just changed, don't like it at all. All the busy stuff down the left is annoying. Left feedback via the form online. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

I prefer it. There's a few errors to iron out, but overall a step in the right direction. Their mobile app is also one of the best, they just need to add touch ID.0
