Anyone else having issues or is it just me?

Yes, I have the problem with the logoff button. I have to click on it very quickly else something else moves in front of it, and the place I have to click is slightly offset from the words 'logoff'. I usually manage to click it after two or three goes. I'm using Chrome. It's a shame they've downgraded as the old interface worked really well.
  • Try another browser. There are many to choose from. I use Chrome . Stopped using ie years ago. Don't like it.:undecided

    Yes it did.

My son was also complaining that it seems BoS have decided people who use desktops don't want to use half of their screen anymore. It seems that they're wanting everything to fit mobile interfaces.

I have and some work ok but others seem to have issues too.

However my old RoboForm password manager version doesn't work too well with Chrome so that's a nuisance too.

Interesting thread though far too technical for me.

I need a step-by-step guide on how to block these 'scripts'. I use firefox.

Lloyds has an account on this site, I have seen him/her reply to threads on the current account section. Raising with that user may help.

You are hardly likely to get the Lloyds rep advising you on how to block Lloyds web-scripts!
The rep (or rather who ever is the person today acting as the rep) will be keeping their head well down/totally invisible on this thread.

Raise with the Lloyds user so he/she can raise with HQ. Or get a twitter complaint going. How things work these days, web exposure. Phoning/writing to them won't work. Discussing strips of code here and there isn't a permanent solution.

I have blocked the scripts mentioned but it only works in part, if i select the more actions section nothing happens, i have to block all scripts again then select more actions and can then see the full more actions menu.

    Hi G_M,

Install AdBlockPlus for Firefox from here:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/

Once installed, click the ABP button (top right in your toolbar) or from Tools menu>AdBlockPlus

Choose Filter Preferences, then the Custom Filters tab, and finally click the Add filter button and add this as a new filter:

    ||marketing.lloydsbank.co.uk/*

And that's it! (This will block anything running from the marketing subdomain of lloyds - you can disable it any any time if you have problems by unchecking the filter.)
