BPA Ltd failing to pay London Councils for POPLA Service

From the Pranksters Blog (comments section) it is reported that an FOI request has revealed that BPA Ltd currently owe around £168k to London Councils for POPLA appeals. Also that BPA Ltd first defaulted on their payments on 20th Feb 2015.…

Email London Councils and lodge a formal complaint:

"Dear Sir,

I wish to complain that Nick Lester-Davis of London Councils has failed to collect £168,398.01 (plus VAT) owed by the BPA for the provision of the POPLA service.

I understand the the BPA refused to pay in June of 2014. London Councils should have started legal proceedings to recover the debt (with interest and court costs) last year.
