We left Plusnet because it was so slow. We attempted to change to Vodafone but on switch over day we had a red light on the router meaning there was a problem and we couldn't connect. After calling them constantly and getting no where we cancelled and went to EE.
Our phone line is working and we've had texts/emails to say the broadband is ready. However, we're getting orange/red lights on the router indicating a problem.
I'm getting desperate, I rely on the Internet for my work and studies. Any ideas would be appreciated. EE are saying their systems are down and can't help until tomorrow. Our old plusnet router also flashes red now although an email felt them indicated the service wouldn't be cancels yet.

Have you had an Openreach engineer out at any point?0

are the correct settings being used in the router config0

Do you have dial tone at the master socket?
No dial tone normally = no broadband/ slow broadband as there is either a fault on the line or it never started.
If you were expecting one service to stop and another to start don't be surprised if your broadband hasn't improved any, it's most likely down the same set of copper wires!0 -
