Just received notification that NPE are not contesting my appeal.

Well done! They often give up when they see a decent POPLA appeal. That shop forecourt at Dereham Road is a cash cow for them; all it would need would be very clear signage but instead you get a wordy unremarkable sign and a camera trained on the spot to coin it in. I've written several POPLA appeals about that place.
Complain to the local Council about them, every little helps, name and shame the cowboys:

And the BPA and DVLA. It's obvious that they know they shouldn't be issuing invoices here, so why are they being allowed?
