    I have the plug ins, at home. Streaming tv in another room, 30 or so feet, two thick walls in between that and router, with no probs.
    breathe in, breathe out- You're alive! Everything else is a bonus, right? RIGHT??

    if you're buying the thing in the video, it's an it, not a them, £15-£20 depending on model, and you only need one, not a pair, it transmits the signal without the need for a second plug-in unit.

    Yes, you'll need a minimum of two (in fact i think its hard to buy just one) - one has to be connected in to a plug near your router, and a network cable from your router to it.

    The other one - if its just a network port, plug a cable in and away you go, or if its a wireless one, give it a couple of mins to start up, then connect to it wirelessly using the wireless key on the bottom of it (best to write that down first)

    And thats you up and running.

    The manual will try to get you to do all sorts of things, but thats your basic setup.
