Despite all the obstacles people raise, I think it's still worth asking the question. A minority of local officials are still interested in proper solutions for local problems, you might not find they ice your idea straight away.0

Realistically, I don't think the council will see it as their duty to sort out a company's staff parking problems.
I suspect the council's solution would be to paint yellow lines, if the parking is causing danger.0 -

You are probably right, but as much as I complain about the planning system on this board, I also don't believe in giving up before you have started.0 -
As well as the planning permission issues, just a reminder that this will need declaring as business income and will be subject to income tax.
It isn't clear if your paddock is part of the grounds of your house or another property, but if it is currently part of your house then starting to use it for a business purpose may have capital gains tax implications later on.0 -

I agree.
The lady, who legally rents us space for our caravan , was maliciously reported to the council for storing more than the allowed number. This was not true, but the council made a site visit.0
