Anglian Water - Claiming Back Credit

My direct debit always goes up when I do this, it says on the bill the credit is included in the budget plan.
What I don't understand is when I claim credit back from Eon my direct debit stays the same,
I guess they work things differently I don't know.
Is it possible to claim back my credit from Anglian Water without the direct debit going up?
Would like to gather any information first before I start making phone calls.
