    Get an o2 money card. It is a visa prepaid card with no charges. Can be topped up via the existing debit card.

    Inform DWP, Jobcentre Plus you intend to start your own online business, there are grants, government loans available.. Unless it is a scam and your claiming benefits! Applying for CC or loans by deception is fraud.

    HSBC is pretty much all visa for debit anyway, plus you can get pre-payment cards with Visa or Mastercard so you can spend your money without having to get credit:

    natwest have ditched maestro/switch/solo for visa debit all new accounts and replacement cards are visa debit
