A Sim card with no data - is there one?

Hello. I have an old (2005) phone. It is by no means smart, but it is reliable. Is it possible to get a monthly Sim deal that has no data element? I only need it to make (shock horror) phone calls and texts!

How much will you be using the phone, is PAYG not an option ? If you are going to use it a lot then choose an option with high call & text allowance with low data, it will probably work out cheaper.

1. Why worry if it has data you don't need? It's possible to get a free cashback deal so the cost is irrelevant.

2. Your old phone may still use some data behind the scenes, Having a zero data allowance could be a costly mistake anyway.

https://www.gtmobile.co.uk will sell you a "Talk and text" bundle, but it makes very little difference in price compared to their bundles with data.

Alternatively, could a very cheap PayG deal, such as https://www.delightmobile.co.uk work?
