    Thanks fatbelly

all done, put the number in, have submitted my entire application, took ages to get everything together, paid £90 at the post office.

nervous and pleased all at the same time,

what happens next, when will I hear from the insolvency office?

You intermediary has to submit the application online.

It is usually accepted the following day (but I had one accepted today that I submitted Wed/Thurs last week)
  • Tax credits were a pain. We had an overpayment and we included it in our DRO, however they decided to take it out of our current year instead once they found out about the DRO. We wrote and wrote, and got advice but they are a law to themselves they believe and they ended up still taking the repayment back. (Repayment we had no idea how we occurred as we always informed them of changes as soon as they happened but thats another story).

I am sure everything will be fine, just wanted to warn you how sneaky tax credits can be.

Ours is over £3000, I dont think they can take that out quickly as soon as they hear about our DRO.

But like you, yes we always informed them of everything, dont know how on earth they say they overpaid us that much!!!!!!!
