Yes, the OP is garbled and has evidence of poor spelling and grammar. However, the poster's contention that all actions were ALLEGED does match what is said in the OP. Try reading it again with this implied punctuation.

Hmm, it is a very interesting problem!

Your corrected version makes sense too, but it is also a bit of an ambitious extrapolation (a mobile phone, for example, could cause OP to post a big block of text like the one seen in the first post - I'm otherwise not really seeing how lack of spacing/paragraphing could have been accidental).

I think that the OP is just a bit too detailed to be false.... Not sure what the "avon calling" bit meant, but if that was part of "ding dong" allegedly spoken by the poster then it would be too strange to be false! There's too much detail in OP to discount at least some level of truth.

There also seems to be a possible admission in the "I hardly think that is gross misconduct. Stupid perhaps" phrase. It is almost as if the poster is trying to argue that such an action does not warrant gross misconduct. If it allegedly didn't happen then they would probably focus more on their own innocence rather than to what level it can be construed as gross misconduct!

Also, "But I also think a senior manager telling us all to keep our mouths shut before we get interviewed by Ofsted more series and using the F word far worse." suggests some level of bad blood between the poster and the senior manager. Why would you otherwise mention that?! And how is that far worse than the allegations made against the poster?!?! Unless the senior manager said it in front of students, it is just one of those things you sometimes see behind the scenes in a school.

All in all, I think that the poster has done something worthy of getting sacked EITHER through genuine gross misconduct OR for the simple reason that they were not liked by the senior manager/employees (and they gave them an excuse to blag gross misconduct). As we weren't here we can only interpret the OP in a number of ways. Only the poster can truly determine as to what level they have been at fault.
