morning all,
Any advice please on how to deal with this, I contacted a nwnf agent over 2 years ago and have had one case settled ( took over a year! and weeks of actually waiting for the money after awarded)) I had an email in july stating that they were now taking legal action against the airline and have sent a lba, But since then ive heard nothing I have emailed them several times asking for updates and nothing!!!, what is position regarding taking this case myself, I am fed up of waiting since 2013, for any settlement for this flight, do I email the company and inform them I have issued several attempts of contact so therefore I am issuing the lba myself??? what are my legal rights any idea? thanks, bb
