Cancelling TalkTalk due to price rise within contract period?

Hi all,
Just got an email today from TalkTalk saying they are rising their prices as of 1st October.
Theres an MSE article here: (http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/phones/2015/08/millions-of-talktalk-customers-to-be-hit-with-price-hikes-from-october-but-you-can-beat-them).
I'm _actually_ moving house and want to cancel the service (if you take it with you they cancel the old one but lock you in to the new one for another 18 months).
Can I use this to cancel within the contract period without penalties? How will I go about doing so?

Cancel before you move .
See TT email .0 -
but would assume you will have to pay the £30 cease charge levied by openreach as you are terminating your service rather than migrating it0

Hi Higet,
If you contact the Loyalty Teams they will be able to advise you further on this. There's no additional charges if the cancellation fees are waived from the contract.
We can arrange a callback fro you from a Loyaty agent to discuss it. Please pop over to the TalkTalk Community, or tweet us @TalkTalkCare to arrange a call-back.
Cheers
