    I received the Cheap energy email on the 7th of september and the website still has my application in process.


    I called Eon and they had no clue what I was talking about when i enquired about the switch? Is there a delay in making the switch? Any feedback would be great

    As you've had the cheap energy club email, it sounds like it's on it's way.

    Are you changing supplier to us? Or just changing tariff?

    I'm sorry that we didn't help you when you called though, all things to do with the MSE collective switch are being looked after by a specialist department and they should have put you through.

    In answer to your question i moved house so hadnt registered with Eon, although i did about a week ago on a non fixed tarriff in the meantime.
