    No pleasing some folk I'm changing from Npower to E.on, glad i am too.
    Npower never seem to talk to each other in differnt departments, sent email telling them i'm changing and cancelling my DD, another department replys telling me do i know i have cancelled my DD.
    Glad to Change so far.
    There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:

    Hi Helena,
    I sent the email FAO yourself just after 3pm on Friday. The first line is a link to this thread so you can make sure. Checked spam etc?

    There have been a few emails from E.on since then which have been "addressed" to my mum, so maybe it's been sorted... but it would be nice to be sure.
