Been Offered Flight Delay Compensation

I have just been offered flight delay compensation of €800 for me and my husband from CONDOR but it is to spend with CONDOR AIRLINES within 3 years. I am not really interested in their flights as we don't want to go anywhere they go to. Can I insist that a refund is only acceptable ?

Comments

  • You are entitled to a cash refund.
  • Yup Justice is right about that, they can't refuse to give you the cash. Might be worth using this flight compensation calculator I found to figure out exactly how much you are entitled to before accepting any offer they give you:
