If it's OEMbrands.co.uk, their website has been down for quite a few months now but some details are still available here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150122204957/http://www.oembrands.co.uk/
and their "contact us" page here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150201052116/http://www.oembrands.co.uk/index.php?route=information/contact
There is no e-mail address but they do show a phone number but whether that is a valid number is a different matter.
How did your daughter make the payment to OEM?0 -
That's a really useful post that gives a good balanced argument. Well done.Certified_Zak wrote: »:mad:0 -

With a Visa debit card you should be OK. http://www.money.co.uk/current-accounts/is-debit-card-protection-the-same-as-for-credit-cards.htm0 -
No. Lucy will be out of luck, because the claim limit on VISA debit is 120 days. If 5 months ago, that's about 150 days. Why has she done nothing in all that time? Shipping time from China even by seafreight is no more than about 4 weeks. No free lunch, and no free laptop
