There is no e-mail address but they do show a phone number but whether that is a valid number is a different matter.

Well your daughter needs to contact her bank, she might find she is protected.

No. Lucy will be out of luck, because the claim limit on VISA debit is 120 days. If 5 months ago, that's about 150 days. Why has she done nothing in all that time? Shipping time from China even by seafreight is no more than about 4 weeks.
