They may look the cheapest but in my experience they are not. The direct debit is higher than expected. I could not get a bill for a year. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered (and that is saying something - up to an hour on hold and then no help). I switched away from them in June and cannot get my overpayment back. They say it has now been actioned but I have to wait 21 days - because that is company policy. I am promised a call back - at the time I said that I wished I believed - and sure enough - no call.

Everyones experience will be different reflecting thier own circumstances.

Is that because you originally used an innaccurate anticipated annual consumption assesment?
