I recently drove through a burger king drive thru located in Harlesden. the burger king is in a private car park controlled by LCP!! ive used this drive thru many times and never had any problems then recently I recived through my door a so called "PCN" saying that I breached terms and condition blah blah blah..... but the thing is that It took me 30 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!!! hardly fast food the was a problem with something ahead of me and thus had to wait.
now before everyone gets on my case and say appeal appeal appeal!! LCP in my experience generally don't let thing like this slide so easy. so I am just wondering is anyone has any advice or maybe something I could send LCP as I don't want this to get send to ZZPS, WRIGHT HASSAL ETC I CANNOT BE ASKED!!
AND TO ALL OF YOU WHO WILL JUST SAY READ THE NEWBIE THREAD!!! READ THE NEWBIE THREAD!! READ THE NEWBIE THREAD!! as much I love to hear you all chant that at once it wont (and ive checked) say anything about my situation.
look forward to hearing your replies good or bad
The NEWBIES thread covers your situation precisely. I don't understand why you think it doesn't.
As advised, appeal using the template in the aforementioned NEWBIES thread with a comment that the driver was delayed whilst being a legitimate customer of BK.
Also as advised, complain to BK that you are about to become an ex customer if this scam ticket isn't cancelled.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Dont cave in an pay the Jockstraps.PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

It's their signature The Deep, if you look at your signature it says that it has been removed.
It has indeed after 5 years, someone has twigged that "a member of the Berkhhsire Hunt" is Cockney rhymning slang, (although I have been ticked of on the eBay community boards for being a hunter of foxes). You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Yes, well done, a nice polite way to ask for help ..... not. Don't think I can be ASKED to provide you with advice."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -

15 crafts 2015 =8/15
Amazon £75
Christmas - just DD and parents left to get for
What is this all about please?
No probs -
15 crafts - I'm in a thread / group its to do crafts, (knitting sewing, painting, drawing, making cards) as were in 2015 - idea is to aim for 15 items, the lady who started it has passed away, its an in memory of her
Amazon - Saving Amazon voucher towards DDs birthday/xmas prezzies, this way by having the amount on here, I'm less liable to think I fancy that dvd, cd, as I know need to save
Christmas - super organised and got a lot of presents in Jan sales, I also take part in an xmas thread on here, motivation not to spend more money, who I need to get for.
xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Can you go back to the burger king?
i would be tempted to go back to the drive thru, and ask the drive through staff to cancel the ticket, when/if they refuse get out of the car ( leaving it in the drive through lane ) and ask to speak to someone insideFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Thank you, I wish I had not asked. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
