Burger king drive through ticket!!

Hi guys.... I need your help!!

I recently drove through a burger king drive thru located in Harlesden. the burger king is in a private car park controlled by LCP!! ive used this drive thru many times and never had any problems then recently I recived through my door a so called "PCN" saying that I breached terms and condition blah blah blah..... but the thing is that It took me 30 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!!! hardly fast food the was a problem with something ahead of me and thus had to wait.

now before everyone gets on my case and say appeal appeal appeal!! LCP in my experience generally don't let thing like this slide so easy. so I am just wondering is anyone has any advice or maybe something I could send LCP as I don't want this to get send to ZZPS, WRIGHT HASSAL ETC I CANNOT BE ASKED!!

AND TO ALL OF YOU WHO WILL JUST SAY READ THE NEWBIE THREAD!!! READ THE NEWBIE THREAD!! READ THE NEWBIE THREAD!! as much I love to hear you all chant that at once it wont (and ive checked) say anything about my situation.

look forward to hearing your replies good or bad ;)

    your situation isnt relevant

you can add an EXTRA appeal point that THE DRIVER was prevented from leaving due to slow queues caused by the retailer on site ,as well as the rest of the template

you should also complain to BK as well, to get it cancelled

whatever you may think of the newbies thread or replies, you need to follow the well trodden path that is appeal to the ppc , then appeal to the appeals service afterwards, plus a side order of a complaint to the retailer or landowner as well

there are no other scenarios, which is why you wont find them
  • Do you mean the template in the newbie thread just add onto it??

yes, adding a note about what happened to the driver

remember, no admissions of who was driving, no "me,myself or I"

assume I was driving and related the incident about being trapped in a slow moving queue

the point of the matter is this

"cancel, or issue a popla code so popla can cancel it for you and charge you £27 + vat for doing so"

just another thought, but Burger King will have cctv coverage, - this would be covering the drive thou line, - is time coded.

You would need to speak to the manager also put a reuest in writing for that days video to be kept available (use to change the video daily)

This would be able to prove the time elasped

Yes there is something you can send them: an appeal as per the NEWBIES thread, and then another to PoPLA. But if you can't be ASKED (arsed?) then nor can I.

How about just speaking to the manager (not some 20 year old spotty youth, no offence), and DEMAND he/she gets the ticket cancelled, and this is no way to be treating their customers as if it's not bad enough having to wait so long to be served in the first place. You are not to be inconvenienced due to their own incompetence.

It's their signature The Deep, if you look at your signature it says that it has been removed.

I am sure TD knows that, but he is interested in what it actually means, like him I haven't a clue!
