Another really nice "walkable" place is San Antonio Texas, we loved it lots to see historically (or the American sanitised version) great food and a good night life. best duelling piano bars anywhere.
Biloxi MS will give you the casino / nightlife but is flat and walkable but better with a car to get around the area day trip to New Orleans ect. You can even get free casino hotel rooms via MyVegas which I assume you are playing if you have been to Vegas.Totally Debt Free & Mortgage Free Semi retired and happy0 -
Another vote for Canada. Both Toronto and Montreal have lots of underground tunnels between the main city streets to enable the passage of people during bad weather, these are mostly wheelchair friendly from memory (but I may be wrong).
There is definitely a casino in Montreal, I've been to that one! But not 100% sure on Toronto.* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Personally I love cruising.
Great service levels for anyone with mobility problems.
Shows, casinos, plenty to do, great food and very sociable holidays.0
