If you're in Rotherham, have you tried Knowhow & Capita? Both big call centres, looking for staff.
Meadowhall is starting recruitment for Xmas, get a dozen CV's and go for a wander round there.
I know B&M are recruiting too.
Royal mail are too.

You can't expect people to give you advice if you don't give them the full picture - the advice would be very different if you've been ill, been in prison or been a carer, for example.0 -

Indeed, the answer to that question could completely change the advice given. It may limit the opportunities open to the OP, but also could have involved key skills making them more employable than they realise.
