How can I get an answer re talktalk

Talktalk have a forum/community page where it's possible to ask questions, dumb or not, yet despite 92 viewings, there has been no reply. Because we may be moving soon, I simply want to know if we can take the same phone number with us and if there is a charge.
Yes they also have a phone number to call, but I am fed up with hesitant replies from the Philippines which to me, does not instill confidence.

Hi islandman,
We reply to community thread in a time based manner, from oldest to newest. The views are not necessarily company rep's but other community members.
When an OCE picks up a support thread to view it, they will reply.
