That the LL will get rid of tenant ASAP , probably private let it and hope the next tenant isnt as clued up
I cant see them spending ££££££££££££££££ to make good
Either way , OP has burnt their bridges with this propertyNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0 -
Burnt my bridges? I wouldn't have stayed because the risk is too high. I'd prefer my daughter to be totally safe.
Environmental health are coming around next week as they have heard from planning and building regs guy.
No one will be able to use the attic apart from asome often space. The landlord and letting agent will be getting enforcement notices. The landlord will not be able to rent it as 2 bed at all.
I'll maybe get a section 26 order that comes in after 6 months assured.... or one will go for trade description under October 14 regs. Where I will be entitled to any money handed over including agency fees to be returned.
