Martin Lewis - failed me!

Comments

  • Martin is only trying to help, you do your own research. He and his forums have probably saved people millions between us over the years.

Blaming him for getting 'another bad mark' means you had issues in the first place.

I am waiting for Martins wisdom on the Santander 123 account that has just put up all its fees.
NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!
  • Martin Lewis failed me too.

All I wanted from him was the winning lottery numbers in advance.

If he gave them to everyone the share would be tiny. Last week was my turn

Sent from my yacht in the Bahamas.

It's not a hard and fast rule, however. From https://www.edplace.com/worksheet_preview.php?eId=2970&type=topic we see that some words are spelt -ice whether they are nouns or verbs. These include:
    sacrifice

    slice

    suffice

    invoice.

There are also a number of words that are spelt -ise whether they are nouns or verbs. These include:
    exercise

    promise

    surprise

    disguise

although I really don't know what a suffice is!

    Indeed.

I was referring to those noun/ verbs spellings which are commonly confused, because the same sound has c & s.

I've never seen anyone tempted to use c in 'promise' for example.

I had to refer to this thread again and only just spotted the OP's beer consumption figure so far this year :)

Frankly the OP has failed Martin by not reading the editorial properly.
