None of this rang true, but I can't believe any Chief Exec would say they were swayed by the 'attention to detail and emotive nature of the request'!!0

So in that short space of time the HA and Chief Exec have carried out due diligence on the effects allowing a dog for one resident will have?Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

I started to have doubts early on in the thread and now I am totally convinced it's all BS0

Well done. Some double standards noted by HA, glad they are reviewing things."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Why all the stuff on here from people not believing this has actually happened?
If you'd read the OP, you'd have noted that the original request and all supporting information was submitted prior to the email sent yesterday. Yesterday's email was a collation of all that info sent to the Chief Executive.
I can't help it that they acted so quickly... but they did.
Some of you seem very cynical. Why can't you be happy for my client?
Regarding the fast turnaround, as a support worker and personally I've had equally speedy replies from executive offices and emails to chief executives. It isn't that rare.
Yes, they were impressed with all the information that'd been submitted in the initial request. It just took somebody higher up the chain to see this.
Incidentally, the housing association is Bromford and as I have mentioned earlier in this thread, they are a very good organisation to deal with.
Alot of doubters out there who seem to not be able to believe my client and I got such a fantastic result.0 -

When Chief Execs get involved, things do move quickly.0 -
When Chief Execs get involved, things do move quickly.
From a personal perspective, I recently had an issue with Sky that had dragged on for weeks.
I emailed their chief executive and had a phone call half an hour later.
Equally I had an issue with Curry's honouring a voucher. Again, email to chief executive and a phone call came within two hours. Went to the store and the chief executive had personally emailed the store manager. He showed me the email on his tablet.
I do carry this tenacious attitude into my work also.
Anyway, to all those who doubt this is true, maybe you just aren't going about things correctly in order to get the results you want.
I'm always here and happy to assist you though.0
