            Hello all
My budget in November was blown apart by having some unexpected visitors. I ended up eating out a lot and spent quite a bit.
In December, I am looking to cut down my spend a bit and would like to set my budget at £100 please. I'll be spending Christmas with family, so my Christmas spending will be reduced greatly this year.
My only regret this year is that I won't be at home to stock up the freezer with goodies on Christmas Eve! - I doubt there will be many bargains to be had beforehand!
Good luck everyone - spend wisely!2025 goals

Am going for £400 for Dec but hoping it will be less as I have £100 in Morries stamps to use for the Christmas food shop.
Thank you to everyone in this thread, you have really helped to keep my spending in check, I've not been under budget every month but I've been a lot closer than I would have been without you.SPC~12 ot 124

Hello all, i'd love to join in this challenge. I've recently become debt free and the only way it's gonna stay that way is if I budget on the food shop. I'm going to set a budget of £350 which I hope to reduce over the coming months. This is for 2 adults and 3 children. This will be from today til the 27th December.December grocery challenge: £3.89/£3500

Going to stick to normal budget regardless of the time of the year. Should be ok as have a few things in already pork, prawns, gammon, sausage meat, stuffing and the makings of mince pies. Just really need to get some beef (having a change from turkey this year) bread and nibbles. Yorkshires are in the freezer also. Daughter usually gets the majority of fruit & veg while we get the rest.
So please note me down as £250 for Dec please
Good luck everyone and watch the pennies.MARCH £62.38/2500
