Best mobile broadband?

I'm fed up with talk talk for my broadband.

I'm thinking about a mobile broadband hub or something, which is the best one please?

I've seen someone with one from three and someone else with one from EE, all I'm interested in is the cheapest.

Are there any of the good contracts able to do tethering?

I wouldn't mind going for one of these phones if it was possible to do teathering for my iPad.

The best one is one the network that has signal where you wish to use it. MMB data allowances can be very low compared to landline or cable BB. So multiple SIMS may be required then it gets expensive.

Officially they don't let you do tethering but there are always ways.

Talk to three, they unofficially let me teather from my contract, but not sure if you can get the same deal.
