Wow, you really are a star, have a badge....
People on benefits have more interesting days than you, stop parading about on the internet as if you are some kind of "Winner" or financial guru :rotfl: and start realising that there are more ways to be financially secure than hoarding property (in fact hoarding property is now officially the best way NOT to be financially secure)0 -

Investment property only stores 30% of my wealth.chucknorris wrote: »My wealth is currently stored as:
30% BTL equity
29% Shares (incl SIPP/ISA)
20% Home equity
11% Savings accounts (unusually high due to waiting to upsize home)
10% DB pension
It should change to something like this in about a year, after we have bought our next home, sold our current home and I've sold another investment property:
38% Shares (incl SIPP/ISA)
22% BTL equity
20% Home equity
10% DB pension
6% Bonds
2% Savings accounts
2% P2PChuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

That is the sort of guff Hamish used to spout :rotfl: As I say, this unknown and pointless little corner of the internet is always good for a laugh0 -
What would be good, instead of playground banter with the resident multi - millionaire keyboard guru, would be an update direct from Crash- Central by the main man himself, Hamish "King of the Rents" McTavish?0

Are you going to respond to my comeback to you about me wasting my time here, when I pointed out that you post 44% more posts on here than I do?
Or have you just conceded that point?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I bet you spring up the next time I post, which could be at any random time in the future, you lurk under the surface all day long, just admit it, you were posting on here from a cinema queue not long ago for gawds sake.0 -

We have already established that you post more than I do.
Not from a queue, it was from my seat before the movie started. More interesting than watching the adverts before the movie starts, don't you think, or do you find adverts really interesting for gawds sake :rotfl: and if I recall correctly that was me responding to you once again saying I am on here posting everyday, when in fact you are here more, and I was just killing time before a movie was about to start.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0
