Sleep problems are usually related to stress. Try going for a massage and have a pamper day, See if that helps at all.0

I was having a horrible dream that my arm was trapped among lots of supermarket trolleys and people where pushing them in further.
I was screaming to OH for help.
Unfortunately he was dreaming that I was trapped by a snake and he was biting through it to release me.
Yes, he had his teeth into my arm and biting with full force!Member #14 of SKI-ers club
Words, words, they're all we have to go by!.

When I was about ten I stayed with relatives hundreds of miles away, apparently I got up in the night, helped myself to a bike out of the garage and went for a ride amount the block in my nightie and bear feet!
These days I'm more of a sleeptalker than walker and I also cry and laugh a lot in my sleep too.

One night one of the twins was home and had to take the dogs downstairs for the last run up the garden. She insisted her twin sister had to help her ( why I don't know, all she had to do was open the door and let them out! ) She went into her sister's room, tried to make her come downstairs, pulled the covers off of her, pulled her out the bed twice, had a raging argument with her (and she was arguing back! ) and the next day twinnie 2 had no memory of it!0

I realize this is probably a wonderful idea for lots of people, but I would probably sleep walk with stress after either or both.:D
I sometimes have night terrors and have screamed in my sleep waking up everyone in the house except me.
I am always talking gibberish on a night. Often I would "answer the phone" with the company name slightly mangled, e.g good afternoon, British mad as gas' how can I help?
Usually OH takes it well when I flail around and clout him in the face or worse. Have had hold of other bits and squeezed, hard.
used to sleep walk, seem to have given that up now though.
And both my kids when little used to talk to each other while asleep, I would go to see what they were talking about just to find them fast asleep.63 mortgage payments to go.

I honestly had no idea this was so common.
I still think the person I am thinking of has a sleep disorder, because they run in the family, but I never expected to see so many say they do the same that a relative does, pretty much every night.
It's so bad from my perspective I have no idea how they get a restful sleep but they assure me they do!
This thread has been really reassuring.0
