Hi Jacs
That's exactly it - ours is a loan, and so we don't get bills, and it debits our bill account, which I rarely look at because it runs itself. So if it wasn't for this site, I don't think I would even notice it was still there.
Same with the secured loan - it's part of my mortgage, I only make one payment per month and again, I don't get statements/bills, so it's easy to forget about.
I really REALLY want them both gone by the end of the year though!
I've just been to do my Quidco and Pigsback clicks....every little helps I suppose!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Hi snaggles-Hope it is a calmer day for you today. Good news about the tax credits as well, and i agree about telling them when you know what you are getting they will only muck it up again.
I know what you mean about loans very easy to forget them, and i have a car loan i want to clear, so that is my next target even though it is 0%.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
You still doing your quidco clicks then? I've given up with mine as they're been reduced to so little now I can't be bothered! lol.. still do my pigsback ones though...Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

There are certain things that still track on Kelkoo at 10p
'Work boots' or 'Safety boots' is one, and there's a couple of others I think. I don't always do them though, only when I remember, or if I'm close to getting a payout but need a couple more quid.
I think I've got £51 coming this month, hopefully."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Oh, I forgot to tell you IA, I played Ryan your track, and he was dancing around to it like crazy. He said it was VERY cool!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Thanks Bob - things have been reasonably calm here today. Ryan has had a couple of outbursts (just getting cross/frustrated about stuff), but nothing major. I'm going to speak to 'someone' (not quite sure who yet) about some courses that have been mentioned on the Aspergers thread that might help us manage the aggression a bit better."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Good news on the Tax Credits babe. xEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

We've had loads of fun today - we didn't get around to making the easter nests the other day, so made them this afternoon. Here's some pics:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Here's the finished result, in case they're not very clear in the other picture:
You just mix melted chocolate into crushed Shredded Wheat, put into bun cases, make a little dent in the middle and stick 3 mini eggs in.
And while I'm adding pictures, here's the decorated egg that Ryan made at school..."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
