    They still have to be seen to seriously consider your request. I Cant remember where the info is but they have to consider it, it must be documented. From your point of view although your hours are less and maybe not suited to the business you should think of the positive aspects of your employ and think of ways it could benefit the busniess.

    Thanks BB, I will take all your advice on board and will ask for time to consider my options - I won't make any dramatic gestures.

    Just to answer the above, because granted it does seem strange.....I work for a well known 24 hour bank, and the underwriters are there until 11pm weekdays and 10pm weekends. Slave drivers they are! :rotfl:
