I can't believe what a busy day I have had today - how on earth did I used to find time to go to work?
Stu had a doctors appointment and a counselling appointment (went well from the sound of it, although it was only an initial assessment, his proper sessions wont start till Xmas ), Natasha had her jabs, I had an appointment with the asthma clinic, me and Ryan both had dentist appointments, Natasha has been to baby clinic, and I've been for coffee with my friend across the road!
Now Stu has gone out to his mates to help him set up his new computer, and I am getting beaten at chess by my son....who only learned to play about a fortnight ago, and is already better than me, despite being only 7 years old!! And the worst of it is - it was ME that taught him to play!
I was a bit naughty today and bought a pair of shoes - I really did need them though because........nah, I didn't need them actually, I just really really wanted them.....lol! They were cheap though.
Stu hasn't had any work again today  but they have confirmed he will definitely be starting full time from Monday. He will still need to keep looking for something more permanent though, because at some point I will have to tell my employers what hours I want to do when I go back, and I'm more likely to have them agreed the more notice I can give them, so I need to know what hours he will be working as soon as possible.
As far as my 'change of plan' goes, the share price is rubbish at the moment, so I've decided to wait 2 months and see if they have improved at all (I know they could go down too, but because I wouldn't have enough to clear the loan if I sold them now, I've decided to take a bit of a risk and hang on). If they're still no better by then, I will sell them anyway, and try to find some other way to make up the shortfall."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Arrrgghh, sorry, that was all a bit garbled.....fingers working faster than brain."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Is there any chance of using the Egg card to bt to your (non existant) overdraft. Then pay off the car loan and chuck every spare penny at the egg card. It will cost you a 3% balance transfer fee though so probably not worth it so after all that just ignore what I typed!
