    Hey Mrs S, seriously though, Ive been out of touch recently, I have been otherwise engaged ;). Aww you've been crying that makes me so sad to see such a tower of strength like you like that. I hope things settle down really really soon. I asked I-A for advice on Flexible Working Hours and initially OH's employer wasnt too receptive until we wrote it down.
