Late/delayed JSA Payment

So after giving the 0345 number call, and after being on hold for 5-10 minutes, I decided to call my advisor direct, who answered the phone in 3 seconds.

Mentioned the problem, and he had a check. It seemed as though the payment request hadn't gone through, most likely because I had to manually sign, because I use the e-Sign machine.

So he's (hopefully) going to sort that out and the funds should be deposited in the next few hours. At least it wasn't due to a suspension or anything, that had me worried.

And thanks Paragon909 for clearing that up. I misunderstood your message a wee bit.

Glad your money has been sorted. Going all weekend without money is one of the worst things ever......

Can't celebrate JUST yet... still wait for the funds to be deposited.

I know it takes a few hours for it to appear in the bank, but any ideas how long on average?
