and on a lighter note I have to come clean and say I am the knicker nicker.

When the Q offer went live and I also noticed marks nickers on 342 I put a selection in the basket but I didn't check out.

Next day marks also had 20% off so I went back to my order and some were still there, not the size I wanted, only size 18 but needs must - for winter usage, under thick winter tights and leggings who is to notice voluminous bloomers

The label on them says the original full price of £6 each :eek:

I admit to 9 pairs so this will force me into doing the bedroom draw tidy out I keep putting off - we try to implement a one in and one out rule in our house

I also added to my order purple leggings which were going through for £2.80 or suchlike, they had rubbish reviews on the webpage. actually they are not that awful, not very thick but I usually have tight under as well, double layering.
OH says they look OK.

They go nicely with the purple ankle boots - I've also got purple winter jacket but that might be a bit OTT

just read through some of the comments on the thread.
P & O seem to have done their very best in the circumstances, a very sad day.

there was a coach to take people back into town who didn't get notification and arrived at the port which was good - didn't have to worry about parking the car or finding another taxi. I wonder if the coach would take people back later

I am also wondering what happens to those disembarking who have missed their trains or even missed their flights and also what happens if people where being picked up from the port by friends/relatives
