Totally agree :mad: I had activated it but not made a purchase yet as it was valid until Oct 31, was keeping an eye out for a good offer, especially since TCB generally have a better rate.
If the valid till date had only been a couple of days I would have used it but thought I'd plenty of time. Poor show Quidco

He couldn't activate it so sent an email first thing this morning. I was certain it would be reinstated as there was nothing to say it needed immediate activation. Plus we had until end of the month to make a purchase. I would have thought if he'd had an email it would have been honoured

I activated mine but if I now go through the process again it says sorry blah blah blah......so I'm not sure if I've missed the boat too......can't see where to look to see if it's still valid

if you've activated but not made a £10+ purchase before 11am today then the ship has sailed (at least according to my livechat transcript)

So it would seem that even if you activated it, if you haven't actually made a purchase by this morning you can whistle for the £10.

What was the point in activating it then? They should have pulled it when X people activated, not when X people claimed it

At least I have one qualifying transaction on one account so I'm potentially £10 better off than I otherwise would be. I would just have felt better if I got a backup transaction done

Talk about goal posts being changed. What a load of poop. When were they going to tell us......after we'd all made a purchase?
